Organic Banana Chips

Banana is native to Southeast Asia and people across the Indonesian archipelago enjoy it fresh and ripe from the tree, or use it as an ingredient in various dishes and desserts. In Indonesia, crispy Banana Chips (or ‘Kripik Pisang’) are a favorite snack and can be found throughout Java and Sumatra.

Our banana trees are grown in organic farms located in various districts across the Central Java province. A total of 47 farmers cultivate them using 100% organic farming system in both land processing and fertilization. The farmers make their own organic compost from natural farming and gardening wastes. The banana trees are grown multiculturally along with jackfruit and other trees.

Our Organic Banana Chips are vacuum-fried using RBD Organic Coconut Oil in our processing facility in Banjarnegara, Central Java. The HACCP system is implemented in every step of the production to ensure that the food safety meets international standards.
